Do I really have to walk a mile in heels?
While you do have to walk in heels, the distance is not a mile. The event route is half way around the Grand Parade.
Do I need to bring my own high heel shoes?
No. We provide the heels – just tell us your men’s shoe size at the point of registration. Please arrive at 11:30 on September 29 for your shoe fitting.
What happens if it rains?
We have a back up location in the event of a significant downpour and will communicate with all participants if the event location changes.
I am going to be out of town on September 29 how can I support the event?
Busy or out of town on September 29? No problem. Make a donation or reach your fund raising goal and ‘delegate’ a friend to walk for you!
